About Us

The Greenfield Community Choir, Inc. is a non-auditioned choir comprised of adults from Greenfield, Indiana and its surrounding areas.  The group has been in existence for over 40 years.  The choir’s season consists of five concerts, and several performances throughout the community.  We seek to bring to our community quality choral music in an entertaining and engaging presentation.

As members of the Greenfield Community Choir, Inc., we are passionate about singing.  We know the joy and enrichment that music brings to our personal lives, and it is our desire to pass that joy and enrichment on to our listeners.

We sincerely believe that any person, no matter what age, can enhance and enrich their lives through singing.  Singing provides both physical and psychological benefits that can directly impact the quality of life.  When voices join together to create beautiful music, the result is an uplifting experience for both the performers and the audience.

Our rehearsals are fast moving, and often filled with humor.  Our members are encouraging and welcoming to new choir members.  Our music ranges from silly to sacred.  Our sound is full and exciting.  Our friendships are growing and lasting.
